1. Agreement to Terms

ReFinEd is an application developed and operated by Into The Eye Enterprise Co. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an Indiana C-Corporation.

By accessing or using ReFinEd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ReFinEd provides financial literacy education, including:

  • Structured lessons on stock market and investing concepts
  • Simulated portfolio management using virtual money (paper trading)
  • AI-powered educational assistance (InvestPro AI Mentor)
  • Quiz-based learning assessments
  • Live market data for educational reference

3. Educational Disclaimer

All content in ReFinEd is provided for general educational purposes only. The Company does not:

  • Provide personalized financial or investment advice
  • Recommend specific securities, funds, or investment strategies
  • Guarantee any financial outcomes or investment performance
  • Act as a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager

Market data and prices displayed in the app are sourced from third-party providers and are provided for educational reference only. Data may be delayed. Do not rely on this data for actual trading or investment decisions.

4. Paper Trading Simulation

The portfolio simulator uses virtual money only. No real financial transactions occur. No real securities are bought or sold. Virtual portfolio values are for educational illustration only and do not represent actual financial performance.

5. Accounts

ReFinEd uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your Google account
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReFinEd. Users under 18 should use the Service with parental guidance.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

6.1 Free and Pro Tiers

ReFinEd offers a permanent free tier (Lessons 1–10, core features) and a ReFinEd Pro subscription that unlocks additional content and features. The free tier remains available regardless of subscription status.

6.2 Subscription Pricing

  • Weekly: $4.99 per week
  • Monthly: $14.99 per month
  • Annual: $119.99 per year

Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. By subscribing, you authorize this recurring charge.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

  • Android: Cancel through your Google Play account subscriptions settings
  • Web (PWA): Cancel through your account settings in the app, or contact us at [email protected]

6.5 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as determined by the payment processor's policies (Google Play Billing for Android purchases). Contact us at [email protected] for billing questions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without written permission
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ReFinEd — including lesson content, curriculum, software, design, trademarks, and the InvestPro AI Mentor — are owned by Into The Eye Enterprise Co. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INTO THE EYE ENTERPRISE CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any investment or financial decisions made based on content from the Service
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in educational content or market data
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Interruptions or discontinuation of the Service

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
