Use this page to request deletion of account-associated ReFinEd data. This route is informational and request-based while the dedicated account portal is developed separately.

What may be deleted

  • Account-associated ReFinEd profile records we can identify from your request
  • Server-side account or entitlement references associated with ReFinEd where deletion is permitted
  • Support records tied to the deletion request when no longer needed for processing

What may remain

  • Records retained where required for legal, billing, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons
  • Data held by Google Play, RevenueCat, or another third-party provider under their own policies
  • On-device data until you uninstall the app or clear app storage on your device

How to request deletion

Email us from the address associated with your ReFinEd account when possible. Include the information below so we can identify the account and follow up if needed.

  • Your ReFinEd account email address
  • Your name or display name, if different
  • Whether you used Android, web/PWA, or both
  • A short note saying you are requesting account/data deletion

Timeline and subscription reminder

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required or permitted by law or provider policy.

Deleting account-associated data does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately through your Google Play account to stop future renewals.
